woke up at ard 11 plus and feeling shiok! ^_____^ todae i met my gf to go to blading and boy it was refreshing~ heh heh actually goin to jog but then felt that i havent blade for a lng time with her..so here we go! ^____^ she say she was meeting me at 3pm but then she came at 4pm...and she say she made a sms mistake..lolx..after blading we went to put away the blades at her car and then we sat on the bench at east coast park and relax there and letting the sea breeze blow on us...AH~~ so relaxing..she brought her Atkins book to read and we exchanged pointers regarding the bk..

after that we felt that the sky is turning dark..*my eyes went 0____0* so we went to parkway parade where we went to the GIANT supermarket to buy some groceries..we are like the most funniest ppl becoz whereva we look at the food products..we always look at the nutritional facts and kick up a fuss abt the carbohydrates alot la and all that..lolx..

after all the supermarket frenzy we went to MOS burger where she ordered a ebi burger and me a tsunkune burger..she say she dont want to eat alot of rice..so she gaf me a rice patty..i ate all! lolx..i will always rem a line in the Atkins book..abt if u go to a neighbour's hse and they shove u their delicious food to eat and they go like "come on a bit of cake wont hurt u.." It Will!!! heh heh..
