todae i went to see Kungfu Hustle with vincent, my mum, uncle and my sis. very funny! haha..esp there is this guy with shorts tat is always pulled down at the butt and appearing in every scene. hilarious!

but then i met one very rude staff by the name of J**** at GV..let me juz put it in a script form hiakhiak. actually i forgot tat i was carrying a packet of preserved ginger when i walked into the cinema...

Rude: excuse me. cannot bring outside food in.

Me: oh erm thats nt food ma. (i forgot got ginger.)

Rude: THen WAT IS THAT? ---->1st rude pattern come liao..*he points at the umeya plastic bag.*

Me: oops oh ya gt preserved ginger. hmm..so wat shall u suggest tat i put this?

Rude: actually i can issue u a card. u can collect it later.

At this time, my mum came already and my mum was saying can la..its juz preserved ginger. we put in bag and wont eat it one. *my mum pleading*

Rude: EVEN IF U PUT IN BAG, IF I SAW IT THAT MEANS I SAW IT. STILL CANNOT BRING IN. ----->2nd rude pattern. fuck. so rude to my mum..

At this time my mum already abit pissed off by his machiam-like-manager-attitude, and she is saying "haiz take then take la..~"

After when i got back to the seat, vincent was saying wat happened juz now..then i told him lor..wah he was damned angry abt tat boy. vincent then say "nvm..later i will go and blast him and see his manager."

*after the movie*

i went to the toilet and actually mum was saying nvm la..juz let it go already. then i explained to my mum..he was rude to u and u want to let him go?? and then if let him go le..his attitude will still be like tat..and there will be more complains. after mum listened to wat i say..she say tat hmm..quite true..tat boy is quite rude to me. muz at least tell manager and improve service.

so after the toilet visit, vincent then proceed to ask me "where is tat boy.." then i saw the rude boy standing with his colleague. vincent approached him and asked:

"where is yr manager?"

Rude: sure. i will ask her to come down.

Vincent then proceed to BLAST AND BLAST him..but vincent at least kept his cool and is authorative abt tellin him off already. ( i have seen worst conditions tat he relli SCOLD ppl..) when the manager arrived, vincent then proceed to tell her abt wat happened. and after tat the manager was apologetic abt it (at least the manager nt so KL..haha) and also vincent say: "pls dont say sorry to me..say sorry to this lady here." and the rude proceeded to apologise to me. i juz shrugged it off and say "its ok.."

vincent: she at least will accept yr apology. if its me, i will not accept it~.

so i told the manager tat i wanted to haf my ginger back.

Mgr: may i haf the food card tat he issued u?

Me: hmm? wat food card? i dont haf.

*at this time the rude boy gaf me a half-eyes-closed-open-gaped-mouth look.*

Me: ya u onli ask me where i sit ma. and i told u i sit at seat G. (correct wat~ peeps. he didnt even gif me any food card. DONT GIF ME TAT LOOK SONNY BOY..)

And he was like oh no and ran to get my ginger.

Mgr: Thank u for the feedback miss. i will ensure tat nothing of this things will happen again.

Vincent: if its mac food at least i will be willing to surrender but this is preserved food~

Mgr: yes so sorry sir even like preserved food we also consider outside food.

Me: hmm..i think its nt the issue of the food tat i am saying here. its the service tat u guys are giving. if he was saying things like "so sorry sir/mdm, please understand tat preserved food are still considered outside food." at least tat ppl hear will nt be so offended. do u knoe wat yr staff say to me?

Mgr: "yes may i knoe wat did he say to u?"

Me: he say to me quite like a order. "THEN WAT IS THIS?"

Mgr at this time is nodding the head and saying "so i see.."

Mgr: "i am so sorry miss. once again we are very sorry abt this."

And after following this we went off already..

haiz. small boy still small. still dont knoe much abt wrking life. i wondered y for my character i will want to complain him, firstly mayb becoz i am in the service line as well and i wanted like voice out something to at least improve their service in the future. secondly he is quite authorative towards my mum and he didnt gif out the most impt factor and tat is to SMILE. any comments abt this ppl? if got, pls post at my tagboard. =p at least i would like to find out hw u guys feel abt this too. feedback ma..hehe..
