had a gd wrkout todae doing my cardio and some of the weight training at hme..nowadays i am getting up earlier and much earlier..today actually i am getting up at ard 10am if not for jason to call me out for breakfast..LOLX..and then we bitch about everything and what's happening in my outlet now..but of course not so much..^^

wah..i bought the pro complex chocolate..and it taste soooooooooooooooooooo good so chocolatey...NICE! ^^ i think abit better than the real protein tat i haf got..because mayb the Real Protein tends to be abit grainy?..while pro complex choc is so smooth..^^i like it very the much..setz..nxt time i will change to pro complex and drink..erm..i still haf myoplex but then myoplex is too thick for me..so =p
