Spending my day slacking..haha..well I went to meet up with Joanne to give her the No-Xplode and we bitch about lots of stuff..talking about body building stuff and health issues..

She showed me the pics of our friend, Ignitiaus who took part in the Manhunt Singapore and wow, he had improvements with his arms and abs..very nice improvement! ^^ I took my laptop out and wanted to surf Bodybuilding.com with her but then I guess that over there, there is no wireless technology so I just laid off that idea..after meeting her for lunch, i went to Coffee Bean at Takashimaya and tried the wireless thingy again, gosh, it was operated by Starhub. Haiz..never mind, while sipping my Berry D'Treasure and cheesecake (god it's a sin.), I suddenly got inspiration to write out so I wrote it on my WordPad. haha!

Even Joanne say that my laptop is light, compared to others, it's like a pantyliner. HA!
